Slave Flashes

So can I get some recommendations for some slave flashes.

I have a SB-600 on a D-90 Nikon. I was lookinf for a couple slave flashes and wondering what everyone thought!

I've been wondering the same question, I ordered this Maxi flash from B&H at the beginning of Aug., but it has yet to arrive, backorder. I'll let you know though when it does arrive....someday

Buy another SB-600 and put the shackles on it.

If you're asking budget minded, I think the Vivatar 285 is mentioned quite a bit. They will be fully manual and lack TTL (means to take a shot, chimp and adjust.... at each flash head, not a menu on camera). Commander mode is taking a walk on the plank.

Vivitar 285HV's. About $90 each (new).

At one point this speedlight was discontinued by Vivitar. Luckily for us it was reinstated and is again being produced.
