Sleeping at work

My daughter had trouble getting out of bed this morning for her second day of Kindergarten (really, we're starting that already?), so I told her I was pretty tired too, and I really hoped I didn't fall asleep at work today. She said, "Daddyyyy, you don't sleep at work!" So I took this photo today to amuse her. Felt like sharing.

Details:

D7000 on a GorillaPod attached to the cubicle walls in the corner of my office. F/8, 1/160, ISO 800, OCF on the desk just out of frame to the right pointed straight up to bounce off the ceiling.

I'm pretty sure my staff things I've lost it.

When I was working for the railroad as an Engine House Manager, I always knew where I could find the outside crew fueling and fixing the locomotives on third shift. They would be in the farthest locomotive away with the cab lights off...sleeping of course. It was against railroad rules, but it was the rule most often broke too. Working the amount of hours we did, and an industry that is 24/7/365, sleeping on the job is just part of the job.

My parents both grew up in Seattle and I was born up there, but we moved away when I was 5.
