Slideshow Program Question

Hello! I am wondering if anyone knows a slideshow program that I can have running on a 2nd monitor (projector) and still be about to work on the primary monitor. I have tried this with Picasa and right when I begin working on the primary monitor that slideshow stops on the secondary monitor.

I think its a memory/graphics card problem, upgrade either or both to resolve it. H
