The problem is, the trees have grown up!....

Ansel took his famous photo in 1942, 83 years ago ...and according to park geologists, every year to mountains go up a half inch, and the valley drops a half inch, for a total of 1" per year rise....in my photo, the Tetons are 83" TALLER....of course, I can see that

And my feeble attempt...of course, I did every thing wrong....morning instead of evening, hardly any clouds, again, too many trees now, can't see the Snake River...
...late summer verses spring so the rivers not very full from spring snow runoff....etc etc etc
But, it was fun to stand in the same place as ol Ansel and take in the beauty of the Tetons....
