Slik Pro 340DX vs Vanguard Alta Pro 263 AT Tripod

Hi,

I usually shoot, both indoor and outdoor. I want to try out Long exposure and Macro Photography, for which I am planning to buy my first tripod.

I'm on a budget of 200 USD I have the following tripods in mind:
1) Slik Pro 340DX for 79$ - Slik Able 340DX A.M.T 4Section,Titanium Tripod,Black,Bundle w/SBH-200DS BallHead 613-337 K
2) Vanguard Alta Pro 263 AT Tripod for 180$ - Amazon.com: Vanguard Alta Pro 263AGH Aluminum Tripod with GH-100 Pistol Grip Ball Head: Electronics

I use a Nikon D51100 with 70-300 f4-5.6 Nikon tele, standard kit lens for now.

Please suggest a good tripod, The Slik seems to be good, offering a very low clearing allowing macro for low price.
