Or translated: "Smoke on the water". Some clouds rolled in over the bay and it looked like fire in the sunset. Moments like this is why I love the West Coast of Scotland

Indeed it is! It was the first riff I learned on the bass back in high school. Also the only thing I can still play on the bass :laughing:

Apache by The Shadows was the first riff for me. I think yours is better! My best mate at school played the bass so I picked up a few things though I wouldn't say I could ever play. I mostly just messed about on a drum kit, though now I'm old and middle class I have a cajon that I occasionally kid myself I'm going to play
