snow day

Well we got some snow finally , for what ever reason the schools canceled the buses. Ill tell yea when i was a kid we were lucky to have 3 days a year , now there is one every time it snows lol
I let my little one sleep in today and though it would try out a shot with my new used 50mm f1.7 lens . i love it

Every time I see this kind of shot, I wish I had a 50mm for my Pentax. It is only a matter of time. I just can't decide whether it should be a 50mm (which = 75mm for me) or a 28-30mm (to = 50mm)

no she didnt wake up lol , suprising to (if youve heard the sony dslr its not quiet)

im very happy with the lens , at first i couldnt imagine not having a zoom but the amount of shots i can get makes up for it
