It's certainly an interesting shot, there's no doubt about it. I think it'd be more effective if she was not wearing anything and instead of a piece of paper, that stuff was just written on her back. I understand that something like that might be tough, depending on the model. I really like the shot though, it's a great concept and the lighting is really nice. Regardless of my nitpicks, that is a really great shot. Good work.
