So I got a call from my father tonight....

[j-dogg]

I've been invited to the Shuttle Rollout on Jan. 31st for a photo op. They're going to stop the rollout for the photographers in the viewing area.

This could be a last chance - you never know.

It may be.....I'll be bringing the complete arsenal to the event, if I care to drag 4 possibly 5 ginormous SLR's and 3 bags of lenses to an event it has to be something really good and I think this qualifies.

[Josh66]

Awesome.

Do they really have to stop the shuttle though? I mean, that thing moves so slow, will it really matter?

Be sure to keep us up to date and post pictures!

[j-dogg]

going today and bringing a friend.

[Bitter Jeweler]

Sweet!

Can't wait to see more!

[Postman]

That's pretty rad. I'm digging the shadow of the shuttle.

[inaka]

that is GREAT!
Looking forward to even more shots...keep em coming!

I am so jealous right now!!! One of the things I wanted to do before I died was to photograph a shuttle and the launch...now I may never get to!!! Great job on the first photo, can't wait to see more!

Guess I will have to try chasing my other dream...tornadoes! Lol

[j-dogg]

More as promised. Also submitting to gallery. I also fixed the horizon on the first one.

One more disclaimer, I am The Film Guy but these are off my Digital Rebel XTi.
