Some black and white street photography

Since this is my first post I thought I would introduce myself! I'm 18 years old and I plan on attending the Pratt Institute in the fall. I mostly shoot street and skateboarding photos and I thought this forum was really cool and it would be awesome to join it

i really like three. Not just the shadows of those walking but the effect of the zigzag lines in the pavement.

Cool Stuff!!

I started doing photography by shooting skateboarding when I was 16. 7 years later I still couldn't be more attached to my camera!! You've got a good eye and I bet shooting street comes naturally after having shot a lot of skateboarding. Both are all about timing!!

Really love 2 and 3. Love how you got multiple angles on the subject in 2 via usage of shadows. 3, I love the multiple triangles you have working together.

Not really sure what the point is in 1 (other than maybe mood).

To me, the last one comes dangerously close to homeless porn, but I don't want to get into that debate again on here, so I'll just leave it at that. It doesn't tell that much of a story to me, other than the guy simply holding up a sign. It's a bit too on the nose for me personally.

Yeah, I figured you didn't have any ill intent there. There's just a fine line between laughing at the guy's joke and laughing at his position in life. You're probably on the "eh not a big deal" side, but it's dangerous.
