Some help please!

This picture was taken during my trip to China (it was just a snapshot with a point&shoot camera). It was in a mountain village at the border of Tibet. I love the picture and the old woman in it but I have difficulties cropping it so it will look better. Any suggestions on how to improve the picture and the composition!

IMO I don't know if I would crop it but I would fix some other things like the old ladies face. It's really bright and not very defined. Why do you thunk it news to be cropped?

As it is the composition isn't perfect, that large dark area above the midline and below the roof doesn't help anything, but I don't know that just cropping it would fix anything.

If the original image had enough detail, it could be edited and made somewhat better.
