Great! Thank you guys for the reply. I usually just shoot families and such so being able to shoot models was awesome...I've just been itching to do it again now haha

I think they are over-processed to the point of negative returns. The two you posted look bad, IMHO. In fact, I think they are the weakest of the set you linked.

They don't look like photography, they look like CGI renderings from the heavy handed skin smoothing (and the rendered lens flare). The rocks are much too dark and have too much contrast. There's fake gaussian blur all over the place. And tons of haloing around all the areas you altered the exposure on the subject vs. bg. All the highlights are approaching gray (look at girl's hand/dress).

The other work in the series is much better, but still way too aggressive on the skin smoothing. But the angel wings girl and the shot with the amazon girl with her hand across her chest are another 2 oddballs great shots with horrible processing.

I prefer the straight OOC shots much better than the processed ones.

Agree with Braineack that some of the processing is pretty rough.

i have to agree with Braineack, you have some great shots but the overprocessing kills them. I know a lot of people like photos processed this way but to me it looks like it was all done on a computer and they aren't actual people.

Thanks for the replies.

Obviously I'm not going to edit family portraits or anything like that using this type of editing. These were just done because the photo sessions were themed.

I usually do very little editing on anything else I shoot, these were just different photos that required different editing.

I liked them because they are just more of as art style, instead of just a portrait!
