Hey I am new to this to say the least, just looking for some advice on how to make these pics better, and I know some of the backgrounds arent the greatest lol.

Please excuse the dot in this one, I got done doing a shoot of this girl and realized after that my lens needs to be sent out for a cleaning =/

First, were these done with the pop up flash? If so, stop it , they don't create the greatest lighting (creates shadows, harsh light, etc).

Second, maybe go with a more constant light (lamp) above the subject and shoot with small aperture as your DOF is kinda small.

You want the background not to be distracting. OR.. you can find a hot model to hold these creatures and shoot ala Britney Spears style
