To be frank, these look rather more like snapshots than photographs. What was your thought process with these? What do you hope to show with them?

Technically, #1 is soft and the background is very busy and distracting. #2 is definitely the strongest, but I would suggest cropping a good chunk of the top off of the top as the subject is lost. #3 is a Facebook shot at best. Again, the subject is soft and there's a harsh shadow on his face with a large blow area on his left Cheek and ear.

Just my $00.02 worth - your mileage may vary.

I would say that #2 has the most potential from all three. The composition is weird. Like Tirediron said, crop it and I would say crop it hard. Also, is it me or #2 is quite noisy? That harsh light exposition on the left of your face is clearly full of noise and the blue wave is very noisy too. You should probably look at your ISO, forgot it high from previous shoot maybe? Shi*t happens, we all did it:er:.
