No 1. The mountain side is nicely exposed, unfortunately the sky is over blown. Basically, to get one area exposed properly, you loose the other. In this instance, bracketing your pictures would allow you to use the darker image for the sky and the one you have here for the mountain side. Combine in photoshop.
