Love the melting icicle -- and the black & white helps that one out a lot.

The others: not entirely sure what the subjects really are. The top one is very busy. The second one almost wants to be about that hidden tower, but it IS hidden... I'd like to see it more!

Thank you for your comments, other people I've showed these to have said the same thing.
I'd be grateful for any other criticisms from anyone else.

#1 is the only one that really caught me. If that branch in the very front wasnt so blurry, or even better, not there at all, it would have been a really interesting shot IMO.
#2/3 both just suffer from lack of a definite subject and some really underexposed spots.
#4 is nice, just some blown out spots, but I like the B/W here.
