A good place to copy this might be the lighting forum. Maybe you can find someone with the same light set up. Mine are different, and I use some wacky stuff, so I'm not really sure what's going on with your setup. The photos are very nice though.

Not sure if you are near the Denver metro area, but working with artists have classes for studio lighting. Might be worth checking into?

shoot in RAW and do your white balancing on the computer....you can even do it with one click if everything stays the same lighting wise in a whole shoot.

Consider using Custom White Balance.
