Sony off Camera flash sync Problems

Any Alpha Users out there that can help me? I figured out how to get the wireless mode to work on the cam I can get wireless to engage and I test fire using ael lock and it works camera flashes then off camera flashes for a test But when I take the picture the off camera flash will not fire, only in test mode. Any clue off whats wrong?
