Took this at sunset, turned up contrast, clarity, vibrance and saturation high to bring out the contrast of strong colors.

What does the SOOC picture look like? You might just need to boost the contrast a bit from the SOOC, maybe to 20. That's usually what I do. Then just make sure you don't have any high key places, or at least not many
