Spontaneous shoot with my wife

As some know my wife has a brain tumor...we recently had to relocate our three children because of treatment so we went out today to a old Civil War fort to explore...we ended up doing a spontaneous shoot.

I like them. My only nitpick would be the tree coming out of your heads in the last one. She's a beautiful lady.

What a beautiful place for a shoot! She has a natural, easy smile and seems very comfortable with photos. The overall set is very nice. I don't have any real issue with the "trees in the head" in the last one; it's obvious you're in the woods, and the little sun glare adds such a sweet touch. I love it.

Not force...it is just my wife is MUCH MUCH MORE beautiful than I. She is wonderful. Also I am not fond of taking pictures of myself.

I WAS HOPING SOMEONE WOULD ASK THIS!!! I used the WIFI on my 6D and did remote shooting to frame, change settings, etc.!

And there you come to a secret in photography - put a beautiful woman in the frame, and your photography improves 100%. Put in the woman of your life, and it goes up 1000% . There's a reason why so many painters and photographers painted/photographed their muses, over and over again.

It's a hard road your wife is walking through no choice of her own, but her luminous spirit is shining through in your images.
