As shots of the model, pretty darn good.

As for the hair, I'd say you really missed the mark with the lighting. It's much too flat and it makes the hair look flat. If there's anything you really need to nail in a hair shoot, it's dimension.

I'm curious: Why a white background when the model is wearing a white dress? I think a strongly contrasting background (or change of dress) using a rich blue, green, or red, with a hairlight might have taken these from really good to ****ing outstanding...

Way better than I could do. (they look great to me) I see the points made by Alpha and tired, so I'm glad they said it, but it never would have occurred to me until they did.

I think that would have put more emphasis on the dress, which isn't what this shoot is going for.

When shooting a portrait, you often want to 'key' the wardrobe to the background because that puts more emphasis on the face of the subject. (highest area of contrast). In this case, the wardrobe and even the makeup, looked to be keyed to the background, putting the emphasis on the hair...where it's meant to be.
Try blurring your eyes and take a quick look at them....the hair (and maybe the belt) are the areas of greatest contrast and thus attract the viewer's eye.

I also agree with Alpha that the light on the hair is little too flat, or at least that it could benefit from lighting that gives it more dimension (and more POP).

Thanks for the feedback,
This was shot on white with a white dress because it was a spring showcase and was to look clean and crisp, we did not want to detract from the hair too much.

I agree looking at these that these could use a bit more “pop” to the hair and I may go back in and see if I can bring it up a bit in post.
