Another shot I took whilst resting on Westminster Bridge recently.

Not too bad, nice detail on the distant buildings and you've brought the sky out well. I feel the less interesting foreground dominates too much, and there's a pretty obvious halo there (presumably around where you darkened the clouds).

The halos are probably the result of a wee too much clarify in Paintshop Prox; not darkening of the clouds was done except in levels.
