It's a nice enough image, agree about the hand. I think your key is about 1/3 stop too hot and you needed a kicker/reflector image right to render just a little detail in the left side of her face.

Also agreed about the hand, though I actually like the idea of keeping one side of her face in the dark. But I think it either needed more of that or less; i.e. more of her right side (especially on the forehead) in the dark so only her eye is shining through or more light on the right side
