The first picture is took dark. You can barely tell where her sunglasses end and where the background begins.

Seems like you are using off camera flash and creating some unflattering shadows on your subjects. Example: #3. If the flash was placed on the left side instead of right, you wouldn't have created shadows from the girl onto the guy.

If you aren't using off camera, then excuse my ignorance lol.
