Agree! I think a more conventional angle would have produced a great image, and in that case 'Yes' as Designer said, for balance, but this... sorry. It just doesn't work for me.

I thought you were supposed to shoot at a downward angle on females?

You shoot depending upon how you want the photo to end up ... thing called perspective distortion in this case.

I vote for straps also...And I prefer to shoot at a neutral position, usually the belly button.

That top is not going to stay up in that position without straps. Makes no sense. And doesn't help the picture, the pants have wrinkles pulling horizontally and light reflecting off the black...
