Street Signs Getting In The Way

Didn't know this forum was here, but LaFoto has given me the idea of posting this picture up to see if anybody wants to mess about getting rid of a street sign. My photoshop skilles are quite lacking, so if anybody wants to give this a shot...be my guest

Note : I also have the original, bigger and un-level-adjusted picture as well if anybody does decide to do this and wants a bigger space
