Suggestions on IPS monitor

I would like some suggestions on an IPS monitor that is around $300.00. I would like at least a 20" screen and it will be used for photo editing. Thanks.

Since Photoshop started using the Mercury Graphics Engine, Photoshop minimum system requirements specify using a display that is 16-bit color capable.
System requirements | Photoshop

• 1024x768 display (1280x800 recommended) with 16-bit color and 512 MB of VRAM (1 GB recommended)**

You will also want to look at their video/graphics card requirements for OpenGL and 3D functions.
