Sunrise (again)

While this island has been shot to death by local photographers, few know about the spot that I've shot from these past two days. These are mixture of HDR and RAW.

I got quite a respond when I posted the first photo on my FB page and I was thinking, one may think it was such a "romantic" moment. Well, there was no romance what so ever! I was alone in the mountain fussing with various settings and angles, waiting and snapping away, then tumble down the mountain, went back to sleep, woke up and went to shoot more. If I have to explain the technical aspects of this photo, I think most people will get put off.

I'll tell ya. #1 takes home the bacon. That should be on a card.
I would remove those highlights from that one ridge. They are a little distracting

That's the river flowing out to the Pacific ocean actually.

#1 is simply fantastic! Very nice work.
I love how your eye starts at the sun, follows the rays and works it's way down the creek out of the frame.

The more i look at it, the more I think I would crop the top the top of #5 a little more.

The first one is awesome!! I really like it. I think I may have liked the rest more if you had saved the best for last, because while I was looking at them I just wanted to go back and look at the first one again
