Any Critique on this? I think the shot is OK blurry on the rock but thats due to my impatience.

I like the color and soft mood. Nice Job with that.

However, the horizon looks like it is crooked and that should be corrected.

I would also think about moving the rock in the water down a little and off to the right so it sits more off-centered.

Exactly.
My feeling is dominant foreground objects in shots like this must be absolutely sharp to work well.
