Sunset | Sunrise with a twist | 810 2470

Finally got some time to get back out and start shooting for myself again.

I like long walks on the beach and watching the sun set haha

I had trouble sleeping (thanks to the puppy), so it was already 330am when I looked at the clock, so I figured the sun was coming up in about an hour, so I headed out to see if it was going to be any good, since the sunset wasn't too bad.

Boy was I wrong.

You weren't wrong in your thinking, that is a very good sunrise photo, lol. I mean if you have to have an "overcast" morning where no sun is going to shine, you might as well get something like lightening to make up for the lack of a sun.

Wow, what a contrast. I agree with ronlane - if you are going to have an overcast morning, then what better "overcast" to have than a nice lightning storm.

Just one comment - the horizon in the sunset pic looks like it is tilted a bit to the right, but it is still a great image. I especially like the reflection off the water.

Ahhhh good eye! Thats one thing I forgot to check. Just adjusted it and it was slightly off, good catch.
