I'd say #1 after you straighten the horizon. #2's very 'rise of the silver surfer'.

C&C per req:
It's a nice image, and the exposure is good; I would try and dodge/lighten his leg/swim-trunk area just a little, but that's minor. The image does need to be leveled however. I'm afraid your edit doesn't do much for me however; the surfer has a distinct green caste to his skin.
