My dad used to be a photographer and so lent me a bunch of his old lenses. I'm still getting acquainted with most of them, but I'm capable of shooting in manual mode for the most part. Anyway, here are the lenses:

-18-55mm VR f/3.5-5.6 DX
-55-200mm VR f/4-5.6 DX
-105mm f/2.5 Nikkor manual lens
-180mm f/2.8 Nikkor manual lens
-50mm f/1.8 Nikkor manual lens

EDIT: um, he dug out some more lenses so here we go:

-55mm f/3.5 micro-Nikkor lens (manual)
-85mm f/1.8 manual
-35mm f/2.8 manual
-28mm f/2.8 manual
-20mm f/3.5 manual
-50mm f/1.4 manual

I think I definitely want to bring the 85mm with me for portraits

I could potentially carry them all with me but since I'm only going to have a backpack, I want to keep it light if possible. I also have a tripod and shutter cable. For reference, these are pics I took last year form the exact same spot I'm going to but with a point and shoot:

As far as I remember, they are unzoomed.

I'd take the 18-55 for it's wide-angle capability, the 50 for max. aperture, and possibly the 105.

Thanks. Also, I edited the first post since I have some more lenses to select

Oh, then the 20, 50/1.4 and 85.
