What's new

Tested Matt , Ford model , Miami . Some skin .

Bunch more , but why bore you .
why not?

Do you use Nik software perhaps?

mmaria , Yea for this test I edited all on nik , as I'm trying the product to see if I like . Apparently I have a magenta issue in my color dept . I have to go back and see how I can come to notice this and fix it in the future .

Shutterspeed was also brought up , but I've gone back to check data and I do believe my shutter was fast enough and indeed on raw Image its sharp , but loses some after edit ?

I'm liking the nik software and will most likely purchase after trial period expires .

My first thought when I saw the pictures was "Nik" because I recognize mistakes I used to do when I started with Nik. If you buy it, spend some more time with it you'll be able to understand where and what you tend to overdo.

Personally, if those pictures were mine I wouldn't use Nik for the most editing. I would edit in PS and finish with Nik "Darken/Lighten center" -the preset I use on most of my photos.

Magenta issue and some more issues on these photos are from Nik, you have to learn tweaking its presets, and don't forget to mask out some things you wouldn't like to be affected with Nik (bg f.e.)

hope I helped somehow

Mmaria , yes that helped tremendously , apparently I have much to learn grasshopper !! LOL . I plan on fidgeting a bunch with it to see if I can find my "sweet spot " .

Btw I do the usual stuff in LR5 and then run through nik . Maybe the rub is there ? Or maybe just my heavy handedness . :boxing:
