The beginning of a new lens

Just saying before you assume this, I am not advertising. I'm just sharing because of excitement. No links in this post.


For all of those who gave me poop about the Lynny being made of tape, I wanted to share the new "tape replacement". It's a rubber mold that I had made for the Lynny....$2000 later.....


This will be a lot better than tape.


Also the Lynny is now Patent Pending.

Here are the colors it will be available in

There is a chinese manufacturer of decent OEM lenses. Let me know if you want me to track them down. There is also always Samyang.

Cam's been a member here since September of 2009...this topic has come up multiple times, before you were even here...there IS a difference between an informational posting and an advertisement. Is he OFFERING anything for sale? Or are you just shooting your mouth off about an "advertisement"? Do you know the difference between information and actual advertising? Or between promotion and advertising? Because it seems to me that you are indeed, clueless.

Oh I understand. Yeah I already have all the parts ready. The lenses will be ready to go once the mold arrives.

advertisement: noun. a notice or announcement in a public medium promoting a product, service, or event or publicizing a job vacancy

I do know the difference between promotion and advertising. The former is a subset of the latter. As for information, advertising can contain information. If he offering anything for sale? Why, yes, yes he is. Click the link in his signature, and then click the STORE link. Lo, you can pre-order this things. I'm not really bitching about the ad. Whatever, it's a cool gizmo, some people will like it. More power to ya, Lynny Lens System Dude. What I'm bitching about is the pretense that this isn't advertising. It is. The word "advertising" is incredibly broad, and most definitely covers this.
