The Bessa III finally arrives!!!!

The Voigtlander Bessa III will finally go on sale in May 2009. It is refreshing to see such a camera making it to the market amongst all these digital cameras. I'd love to buy one of those but at 2000 euros I probably never will. Am I the only one to drool over this more than over a 5D MkII or D3?

Yes, that is an insanely sweet camera, and it's good to see that there are companies out there still dedicated to creating analog wonders like this.

The Bessa is actually a Fuji, I believe. I've used a number of Fuji rangefinders, and they are all superb instruments.

It’s a nice camera but I could / would rather have a D3 and 5D MkII before it.
