Hmm.. now you cant see the topic starter when you list the threads. That is not good. There are some members here where I definitely like to interact with more. It would be nice if I can see who posted the thread before I open it.

Maybe we can work on some BB Code that displays a batch of images in a Highslide Photo Viewer with a black background and you get best of both worlds

Like facebook does now?? Oh god no! Just make the color something darker, even a light grey would be better than pure white.

just make the background dark gray to almost black, then make the text light gray or white.

But that makes it harder to read.

It's nice for some people with tired eyes, to read white text on a dark ground.
Heck, even the book reader on my iPad has the ability to switch to sepia, and darken the "paper".

This is the only forum I regularly go to that doesn't give the user style choices, which usually consist of exactly these two options.
This is also the only forum that I have ever paid to be a "supporting" member.

Take a poll and see if forum members would like a choice.

Sorry, not going to happen. It's the BB Code route, or a skin option down the road but this skin is keeping the white where it is.

Where are you guys not seeing the thread creator?

Please, someone help me out. I may be missing something simple.

I will often use the Search Function (gawd forbid) to try and locate a thread that I have made a post in, not necessarily initiated. I would either use keywords to pinpoint the thread, or just see what I posted yesterday using my username. I have tried to find a thread (or multiple threads) today and the result is only threads that I've started. I know I did not start the thread, but I definitely posted in it.

What's the missing link? Thanks.

1. You can click on your username and click show all posts...

Or you can

2. Go to search, click on single search, input your username into the username field and select either posts by or topics started by your username....

Sorry, not going to happen. It's the BB Code route, or a skin option down the road but this skin is keeping the white where it is.

Thanks. Okay, I guess it defaults to Multiple Content. I couldn't tell by the color scheme, and since Single Content is the first tab, one would expect that to be the default. All cool now except...........

We are working on making the Single Content the first tab....

Give us some time guys, lots to do here...

Post counts fully restored and everyone should see a nice bump. Posts in the OT/Game areas were never supposed to count towards post count but I've enabled them to do so.

Last time I logged on, I was right around 7000. Now I'm over 8000. I guessing that off-topic posts are being counted now (they weren't before).

We will have support for both. Before we enable Tapatalk support however we want to have our ThePhotoForum custom version made so we can give it away for free, so those members who don't have it don't have to pay for Tapatalk. After that's completed (1 to 2 weeks, and we'll get ForumRunner going in the mean time) we will enable it.
