Hey maria, I don't know what has happend and whether there's a reason you are upset, but I've always valued your critique and your friendship. I am sorry that it has to be this way!

seems okay. Guy riding a bike selling bread. Might seem more neat because it is something not normal around here selling bread from a bike. Kind of like if I took a photo of the ice cream truck. Kind of disappointed on the editing..
I like it but don't consider it amazing or anything.

Well, I'd still wish things would go back the way they were. I'm sure you had a hard day, and tomorrow this will just be one of those days where nothing made any sense!

I wouldn't have. Don't like editing much and not enough there for me to warrant editing the shot. I would have taken it for what it was and put it in my throw pile (less than serious shots that may or may not get tossed that I still sort of like).
I actually liked the car, the cool thing about shots in countries like this is showing a contrast in the population. Like taking a photo of a horse drawn amish carriage here with a car driving around it.

I actually liked the car, the cool thing about shots in countries like this is showing a contrast in the population. Like taking a photo of a horse drawn amish carriage here with a car driving around it.

Thanks Bribrius, IMO this is one of those shots which is also judged by the story behind it. I'm not saying this is one of my best shots, but surely not worth throwing it away. Again IMO, people like this photograph partly because they usually don't see this around where most of you guys live(as you said), but mostly because it makes an emotional connection, regardless of the country the viewer is in, about the hardships of life and how different people have such contrasting expectations from life. But I absolutely respect your opinion, and will keep your points in mind next time I go out in the streets. Thanks
