The elusive Kingfisher

I mentioned in another thread I had a few ok Kingfisher shots. For those that have tried, these birds are incredibly frustrating and they often fly away with a mocking laughter. I had a look at one from September and re-edited it..

I've been chasing one of these for a couple of weeks.When I'm on the south side ofthe harbour, he's fishing the north and vice versa. Very frustrating. So, well done!

Wow, rare capture to say the least!! I love it!!
Lighting could be better but I am not one to complain when it is so elusive a bird as this one is!
