The ice storm cometh....

and like every other photographer, I took some pictures. :er:

Nothing fancy, just caught the morning sun on some of the ice that coated the city.

And tomorrow, I hope to catch it melting.

I won't repeat the fact that this is a rare sight for me (other than in photos).

If I counted right (could not you have counted for us and numbered your pics, Donna ?), then I think it is #4 and its special light that I like best here. Gives the ice the colour of champagne, just like some other poster said about his ice in his photo (somewhere here), too.
