Self Crit: Looking out of frame, but I didn't want to tell him to turn around, and some what out of focus if seen large.

unfortunately you did miss the focus, but as a portrait it's not bad, however I'd suggest cropping away a lot of the excess; the motorcycle and upper edge don't add a lot to the image.
