On the hillside are numerous picnic tables overlooking it. Nice area to relax in.

Wouldn't be a good idea, as the park has a ban on alcohol. Even in the campground you weren't supposed to have it outside the RV. I can understand it I guess, as there are a lot of school children field trips going in every day.
