I have heard those different guides, plus another one that didn't make any sense whatsoever. So I think that I should be good without VR, I eventually want to have it, but the $ I just cant swing right now. Hopefully this works out and I'll have the 80-200 soon, unless eric-holmes wants to part with his newly aquired 70-200.

I'm of the mind that I'd rather have it and not need it than need it and not have it.

But I sooo totally understand the $$ issue.
