What's new

This photographer is just WOW!

For a second there I thought it wasChase Jarvis.

Definitely some nice stuff on there, the kind of stuff to get the creative processes going a bit. I bookmarked the main page for future reference. As far as not liking all the guys stuff, well I mean it would be kind of weird to just love everything something did. I mean I'm a huge fan of the band Rush, but Lakeside Park is a stupid song.

Some really outstanding work -- excellent!

Can't resist this however:

Either I've upset you or you are offended on [the photographer] Neil Craver's behalf. You seem to think that I thought these were your images, I don't think I said or implied that in either of my posts, neither did I actually criticise any of the images.

I looked at the shots you referred to and have expressed my liking of them, but since I liked the photos you linked to so much, I decided to explore the rest of his portfolio and just decided to comment on my wonderings about the saleability of some others that I saw on the website.

Apologies if I offended you. Or him. Or you on behalf of him.

No, no need. Quite the contrary. My apologies to you for reading you while trying to get out the door and responding badly as a result.

I did think you thought those were mine and .... and ... I'm still trying to find the images you didn't like. Can't find the port. Anyway, I thought I offered one set of pictures for enjoyment and you brought another out that I can't even find so that DOES bother me. After all, I didn't say I liked everything about this man's work, just what I linked to. Or thought I had linked to.

My understanding of this person is that this (the water shots. No, they are not under. They are both under and over) is the only personal project he has worked on that he is happy with and is showing. The rest of what you might see is therefore commercial (or whatever) and of no interest in my thread.

Unless, that is, you cannot separate personal work from business work. And I make a big difference between the two. But maybe it takes someone who has worked on both sides, and lkes to keep them separate, Yeah right, to understand that.

Please point me in the direction of the rock climbing stuff.
