I quite like the composition and the lighting. The shading on the windows and the strong contrast at the building's corner is very pleasing. It reminds me a bit of a 3D model with a strong ambient occlusion pass performed on it.

This is probably a result of JPEG artifacting, but the roof on the far right looks like it was photoshopped in. In fact, that could be said about a number of the places where the building meets the environment. It has that unreal "not quite out of focus, not quite sharp" look.
