I'm always looking to add new dishes to our menu, but I never know what's worth cooking! So share your top three dishes with me? Please?

I'll give you mine!

Spicy Sausage Ragu
Chicken Divan
Made from scratch enchiladas.

You're turn!

Lobster
Steamers (clams)
Sushi

British Toad in the Hole - this is not bread with an egg in it!!
Lemon chicken pasta - with garlic bread as a side!
Steak with a delicious peppercorn sauce, with fries - whether they're sweet potato fries or not doesn't matter!

Here's a 4th cos who can have dinner without a dessert: ICE CREAM!!!! Tillamook brand!

-Chicken tikka masala. Very easy indian curry dish. I use Pataka's Tikka Masala paste, spinach, 1.5lbs of chicken breast, and some chopped tomato.
-Home made enchiladas
-Dijon glazed salmon. I make a sauce with dijon mustard, brown sugar, butter, soy sauce. Glaze the salmon, then a thin layer of bread crumbs on top. Line a sheet with olive oil and bake till cooked and then broil till the top is browned. Small amount of sea salt and pepper when done.

Many years of shooting and writing about food transformed me into an amateur chef. I do the bulk of the cooking here and none of the cleaning up.
In the Keys winter:
Sautéed fresh yellowtail that I catch, topped with fresh tomato slices, toasted panko bread crumbs, scallions and key lime butter sauce, washed down with, usually a crisp New Zealand sauvignon blanc.
Florida lobster that I catch, tails sautéed in butter, bodies sautéed with olive oil, garlic and onion, adding clam juice to make stock. Then reduce stock, add heavy cream, pepper and old bay. Dip tails in stock and cream mix, drink a good California chard. smoke half a fattie.
In NJ:
Sunday gravy. San Marzano maters, garlic, onions, evoo, bell peppers and jalapeños. Pork ribs, Italian sausage, pancetta Francesca's meatball and half a bottle of chianti. Over favorite pasta or raviolis. Drink other half, crack another one and fire up the other half for dessert.

Sausage, egg and chips. Or as you call them, elevators.

Biscuits and gravy.

Hot beef sandwich.

Chicken & ham on the grill, along with a baked tater, biscuits and a couple roasting ears, washed down with fresh sun tea, and topped off with home-made ice cream.

1. Anything with microwave instructions;

2. anything someone else cooks; or

3. anything where I don't have to wash dishes after.

I don't know your family's taste. Besides; even my own family doesn't particularly care for my cooking. They just eat it because it's easier than cooking for themselves.

1. Homemade pizza with lots of veggies, some goat cheese and fresh mozzarella, and lots of garlic and oregano in the sauce

2. Pasta, chick peas, sauteed broccoli rabe (okay, pretty much anything with broccoli rabe!)

3. Grilled trout with a side of sauteed spinach and gnocchi

4. Frittata with potatoes, peppers, onions and asparagus. Maybe some cheese sprinkled on top.

Use high quality ingredients and use fewer of them. I cook at lot and most everything I cook uses sea salt, olive oil and fresh garlic. That's it.
