So many beautiful fruit this year. Toms, peppers & eggplant all have produced nicely. I dug in some compost rich in eggshells around each plant when I set them into the garden in mid May.

Lookin good Ron!

Toms look tiny

Really? Well they are not very large but certainly not tiny. I planted four varieties so I do have a range of sizes as you can see here:

1. small toms

2. my larger variety

I do not have any very big ones this year as I have in the past.

You see - there are two steps from a tiny Tom to a good one. :D

I'd be happy with any one of those tomato plants! Since our move I have no space for a garden, and we used to plant 3-4 tomato varieties, too - all sizes, even some of the chocolates. We also grew peppers, okra, and every now and then throw in yellow squash or cucumbers to keep it interesting. Plus lots of herbs. I still have an herb garden, but I miss my vegetable garden terribly.

Looking great, Ron! :) Enjoy!
