Too good to be true?

I found a Nikon D2H for sale for $625. From the pictures the camera looks good. Told it has 3422 actuations. The seller does live close to me and has been answering all my questions about the camera. Do you think this is to good to be true? And what is everyones thoughts of the D2H? Thanks.

Not really, if you look at E-bay, you will see that is about the going rate, ( or lower ) Now, if it were a D2x, I would snap it right up.
