Took this photo to prove a point to photo guy

But now I kind of like it. What do you guys think? Too much black? Or does the subject compensate for the darkness?

I like the large amount of negative space... it really helps bring attention to the snowman. Great exposure too. :thumbup:

Well duh, proper composition is a must. I have to say though It just doesnt look like christmas without snow. We have plenty here, want some?

I don't think the extra space adds anything at all and just makes the subject smaller in the frame.
