Top five regrets of the dying

There are some nice thoughts here. I think more people should read. So I kind of want to bump this...

I am actively pursuing number one.
I may even regret that I hadn't worked harder, because I am pursuing number one.
I don't see the need to express my feelings more than what I am currently doing. Yes I do feel a lot more inside, but whether I need to express it is another thing.
I stay in touch with friends who want to stay in touch with me.
Number 5 is something that I really need to work on.

I discovered through experience that no matter what you as an individual do or do not do, those who associate with you will believe whatever they want to believe about you, so you might as well be yourself and NOT care what others expect or think about you.

Amen to that.

nicely said skieur!

I have no regrets, including any of the 5 listed. You try to do your best, make some mistakes, hopefully learn from them and move on. If you had made different decisions, you might have had a different life, but not necessarily a better one. You cope with the accidents and illnesses that are part of life/death and make your own happiness.
