In #1 the outside of the building is grey and distracts, needed to bump white on that one, otherwise interesting set although for the life of me can't see what looters would be interested in?

Well, it was an old Naval building, so people looted it for anything like military signs, etc., but after that, it people took anything metal, especially cooper, including the wiring from the walls, etc.
